Summary

Perhaps it is because I saw this movie 15 years after its release (I think not as I do not think it is dated) I thought this was one weak movie and I would never want to see it again.  It is like The Matrix without any interest at all. Interestingly, Mel Gibson and Kevin Spacey were considered for the role of Constantine.   (I think Kevin Spacey would have been the better choice). Also, the original title, Hellblazer, was changed because it was too similar to Hellboy released in 2004.
What I Liked
  • Tilda Swinton is does more for this movie than anything else
What I Didn’t
  • Stiff acting
  • Weak script
  • Lackluster story arc
